People from Israel walked through the desert seeking for Promised Land. The Holy Family traveled from Nazaret to Jerusalem following the patriarch's tradition. Our ancestors made pilgrimages to sacred places such as Rome and Santiago de Compostela to venerate an Apostle's memory.

Colombians have made pilgrimages for more than four centuries, climbing Monserrate to meet the Lord in his Venerable Sanctuary.
